114 travel trade shows, hosted-buyer marts, MICE events and travel fairs worldwide, month by month, with dates checked on organisers' own sites.
This calendar lists 114 travel trade shows, hosted-buyer marts, MICE events and consumer travel fairs worldwide, from October 2026 to November 2027. Dates for 106 of them were checked on the organiser's own website; the Checked column shows when. Shows with their own Travel Market News page link to it, with venue, who can attend, costs and how to register; the rest link to the organiser.
Last updated: 25 October 2026. Shows drop off the monthly lists once they have taken place; the calendar is rebuilt weekly.
Trade show, hosted-buyer mart, conference or consumer fair?
B2B trade shows such as ITB Berlin, WTM London, ITB Asia, Arabian Travel Market, SATTE and OTM run on appointment diaries booked weeks ahead; the value is in pre-arranged meetings, not walk-in footfall.
Hosted-buyer marts (PHITEX, PATA Travel Mart, Bali and Beyond Travel Fair) select and fund qualified buyers and assign them meetings with sellers. Roadshows such as the IITM and TTF circuits tour several Indian cities as B2B exhibitions, reaching agents who rarely travel to a national show.
MICE events (IMEX Frankfurt, IMEX America, IBTM World, IT&CMA, Meetings Africa) serve meeting and incentive planners. Consumer and mixed fairs open some days to the public; FITUR in Madrid, for example, opens to the public at the weekend. Each event page states who can attend, from the organiser's own rules.
How to get the most from a trade show
Book meetings before flights. Most B2B shows open an appointment system weeks ahead; a full diary is what justifies the trip.
Check the hosted-buyer programme. Many shows cover flights and hotels for qualified buyers, and applications close well before the show. Each event page links the organiser's programme where one exists.
Go where your source market is, not where the hall is biggest.
Confirm dates on the organiser's site before booking non-refundable travel; several shows moved dates in 2026.

How are the dates in this calendar checked?
Each date with a tick was checked on the organiser's own website on the date shown, because third-party event calendars often carry wrong or recycled dates.
