ILTM Cannes 2026 runs from Monday 30 November to Thursday 3 December at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes, and it is invitation only: there is no general ticket, and appointment-making buyers pay a non-refundable €300 plus VAT fee when they apply. The International Luxury Travel Market, the flagship of RX's ILTM portfolio, pairs vetted advisors who plan trips for high-net-worth clients with luxury travel brands in pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings.
As of 1 November 2026 the show is four weeks away and most buyer deadlines have passed.
Who exhibits and who attends ILTM Cannes?
The 24th edition, held from 1 to 4 December 2025, drew almost 10,000 attendees and over 100,000 scheduled meetings, according to the organiser. More than 2,500 buyers from 83 countries, 44% of them first-timers, met over 2,350 brands, and more than 100 travel editors attended.
Buyers are private travel designers, retail travel agencies, concierge companies and outbound tour operators serving high-net-worth leisure, corporate and entertainment clients. Exhibitors range from hotel groups and destinations to private islands, cruise lines and yachts. The 2025 show added The Sail, a waterfront pavilion for cruise, yacht and river travel; our tracker of new cruise ships lists what is coming.
By our count on 1 November 2026, the 2026 online exhibitor directory listed 2,925 entries. About three in four (2,242) carry its Accommodation tag, and Italy (358), the United States (234) and France (196) lead its country-of-origin filter.
How to attend ILTM Cannes: buyer formats, fees and deadlines
Places are by invitation and qualification. Buyers start with the expression-of-interest form, which is an enquiry rather than a registration; RX aims to reply within two weeks but does not answer applicants who miss its criteria. The 2026 terms require buyers to sell outbound to markets on at least two continents, give two references for direct property bookings from the last six months, have traded for at least 12 months, be a senior decision-maker and not come to sell. Applicants must be over 18, and fees are not refunded after a rejection. The organiser assigns the format:
| Format | Fee (excl. VAT) | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer (Appointment Only) | €300 | Global Forum, appointments on 1–3 December, networking events, Nice airport transfers |
| Buyer (With Accommodation) | €300 | As above, plus up to four nights' bed and breakfast at a preferred 3- or 4-star hotel |
| Buyer (With Flight Contribution) | €300 | As above, plus a flight rebate of up to €1,200, only for buyers from Australia or New Zealand |
| Front Row upgrade | €1,500 extra | A listed five-star hotel, a saloon-car transfer (flight details were due by 18 September) and fast-track entry; appointment-making buyers only |
| Executive Buyer | €1,650 | Forum, events, transfers and self-scheduled meetings; own travel and hotel; only with a registered buyer from the same company |
| PR pass | €400 (one day) to €930 (three days) | PR staff representing a confirmed exhibitor |
The Front Row hotels are Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel; Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes; Hôtel Martinez, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt; JW Marriott Cannes; and Mondrian Cannes. The Front Row hotel waitlist closes at 15:00 on Sunday 29 November.
Free cancellation ended on 21 September; since 23 October, cancelling without a replacement costs €950, and an unannounced no-show €1,000. Same-company replacements are accepted until Wednesday 25 November. Partners travelling with a buyer cannot enter the show or its events.
Exhibitors book a Pavilion Stand, SmartSpace stand or space only through an account manager; the show site lists no stand prices. Media must be accredited in advance.
Is it open to the public? No. ILTM admits only vetted professionals involved in luxury travel. No one under 16 is admitted, business dress and photo ID are expected, and photography needs written permission.
Networking at ILTM Cannes: appointments, the Global Forum and parties
The Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) system matches 20-minute one-to-one meetings from both sides' choices. Buyers must rank at least 80 exhibitors, and the organiser advises choosing 100 or more. It says matching runs about four weeks before the event; confirmed diaries then appear in the Buyer Zone and the ILTM app. Diaries are not printed on site and cannot be changed; a self-scheduling tool adds extra meetings.

RX says it contacts attendees only from @rxglobal.com addresses and does not sell attendee lists.
Getting to the Palais des Festivals and where to stay
The Palais stands at 1 Boulevard de la Croisette in central Cannes. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE) is about 27 kilometres away, roughly 30 minutes by road, according to the organiser.
Free ILTM shuttles leave the airport coach station every 30 minutes from 08:00 to 23:30 on Sunday 29 and Monday 30 November, stopping at the Martinez, Carlton, JW Marriott and Majestic hotels and on the Croisette. Returns leave the Croisette every half hour from 17:30 to 19:30 on Thursday 3 December, and hourly from 04:00 to 19:00 on Friday 4 December from five pick-up points. Hotels beyond walking distance, such as those in Juan-les-Pins, Mandelieu and Mougins, get daily shuttles.
Otherwise, the Palais says airport coaches take about 45 minutes. Cannes station is a six-minute walk away, Cannes-Mandelieu business-aviation airport is about 15 minutes away, and a 924-space car park sits under the building.
Hosted buyers choose hotels on the organiser's travel platform, possibly in Antibes. Others should book early through the official travel partner on the organiser's venue page; RX says it works with no other travel provider.
How does ILTM Cannes compare with WTM London and IBTM World?
All three are RX shows. WTM London (3–5 November 2026, Excel London) sells trade-visitor tickets, while ILTM sells no general ticket. IBTM World (17–19 November 2026, Barcelona) serves the meetings and events trade. ILTM also runs events in Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin America and North America; our travel trade show calendar lists their next dates.
