IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific 2027 runs from Tuesday 14 to Thursday 16 September 2027 in Bangkok, at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld. The two co-located events are organised by TTG Events, a business group of TTG Asia Media, which bills them as Asia-Pacific's only "doublebill" event in MICE and corporate travel. IT&CMA covers meetings, incentives, conventions and events; CTW Asia-Pacific (Corporate Travel World) covers corporate travel and expense management.

It is a hosted-buyer marketplace built on pre-scheduled appointments. Exhibitors are convention bureaux, tourism organisations, hotels, venues, DMCs, airlines and technology suppliers; buyers are MICE agencies and planners, association executives and corporate travel managers. TTG has already published September dates for every edition to 2030.

Who exhibits and who attends IT&CMA?

The 2026 edition was held from 22 to 24 September 2026 at the same venue. TTG's results infographic reports more than 1,700 validated unique delegates, 600 exhibitors from 25 countries and territories, and 361 buyers from 50, plus 30 media from 12 countries and territories and 700 speakers, visitors and invited guests. It counted more than 7,000 pre-scheduled appointments and 280 exhibition booths, and put expected business generated on the show floor at USD 190 million. MICE buyers made up 72% of the buyer pool, corporate buyers 16% and associations 12%.

The organiser's exhibitor profile covers hotels and serviced apartments, convention bureaux and tourism organisations, inbound DMCs and conference organisers, airlines, airports and cruise lines, technology providers and venues from golf courses to theme parks. Buyers come in three groups: MICE buyers such as meeting planners, incentive houses and PCOs; association executives who decide where congresses go; and corporate buyers, from travel managers and procurement staff to HR managers who book travel.

How to attend IT&CMA and CTW Asia-Pacific

Trade visitors pay for a three-day badge. In 2026 it cost USD 150 early bird (until 31 August) or USD 180 from 1 September, covering the exhibition, unlimited walk-in meetings, brand showcase presentations, selected knowledge sessions and functions, and the digital show directory. Bring business cards for on-site validation. Rates for 2027 were not yet shown on 25 October 2026.

Buyers register free, but confirmed buyers pay a confirmation fee, part of which hosted buyers get back if they meet their obligations: the minimum appointments, at least two brand showcase presentations and all compulsory or RSVP-confirmed events. The 2026 terms for MICE buyers were:

Association and corporate buyers paid less (USD 150 fully hosted, USD 100 semi-hosted, trade free). MICE buyers need at least three supplier references, authority to buy MICE services and evidence of outbound groups or events to several destinations, and TTG validates every application on relevance, procurement value and track record. Terms for 2027 were not yet published on 25 October 2026.

Exhibitors book space in 9 sq m blocks. A 2026 standard shell booth cost USD 936 per sq m (USD 890 early bird), plus a one-time USD 800 registration fee, and each minimum stand came with two badges and a set of 24 business appointments. Media registration is free and open to editorial staff only.

Is it open to the public? No. TTG's admission rules allow professionals, trade and business visitors only, and state that members of the general public and anyone under 18 are not allowed into the exhibition halls at any time.

Networking: appointments, conferences and events

Pre-scheduled appointments are the core of the show. TTG promises exhibitors up to 100% pre-scheduled meetings with the buyer profiles they choose, set up through log-ins issued before the event, so complete your preferences as soon as credentials arrive. Around the appointments, brand showcase presentations let exhibitors pitch to groups of buyers and media, and the 2026 programme also ran BizMatch & Meet sessions and evening get-togethers.

The 2026 education programme included the Corporate Travel World conference powered by the Global Business Travel Association, whose forecast of record business travel spending we covered in our GBTA spending report, plus a Global MICE Collaborative certificate session, an ICCA engagement activity and new knowledge sessions on cruising for MICE groups and the changing MICE demographic. Hosted corporate buyers had compulsory CTW sessions on one show day. TTG says the 2027 edition marks 35 years of IT&CMA and 30 years of CTW.

Getting there and where to stay

The venue sits inside the CentralWorld complex at 999/99 Rama 1 Road, Pathumwan. Centara lists Siam and Chidlom SkyTrain stations about 250 metres away and Suvarnabhumi Airport 25 km away. In 2026 Thai Airways was the partner airline, offering discounted fares on its own flights with an event code, and TTG offered complimentary coaches between the official hotels and the venue. The organiser reminds non-Thai visitors to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card online before arrival; registered delegates can request a visa invitation letter.

For 2026 the organiser listed Centara Grand at CentralWorld as the official venue hotel, at THB 5,700 a night for a deluxe room, and four official hotels: Amari Bangkok, Pullman Bangkok King Power, Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong and voco Bangkok Surawong. A longer list of supporting hotels started at THB 2,500. Hosted buyers receive a separate booking link by email. The 2027 list has not yet been published.

How IT&CMA compares with other Asian shows

In 2027 the PATA Travel Mart follows in Macao from 20 to 22 September, and WiT Singapore, a travel-technology conference without a buyer programme, runs at Marina Bay Sands Expo from 29 September to 1 October. ITB Asia in Singapore reported more than 1,500 buyers for 2025 against IT&CMA's 361 in 2026, and lists 20 to 22 October 2027 for its next edition. The travel trade shows calendar has the full year.

What is the difference between IT&CMA and CTW Asia-Pacific?

IT&CMA, Incentive Travel & Conventions, Meetings Asia, was established in 1993 and covers meetings, incentives, conventions and events. CTW Asia-Pacific, Corporate Travel World, was launched in 1998 for corporate travel and expense management. They are co-located on the same dates and floor, so one badge reaches both MICE and corporate travel buyers.
