TTF, the Travel & Tourism Fair, is a network of travel trade shows held in several Indian cities by Fairfest Media, where tourism boards and travel suppliers meet travel-trade visitors and, at some legs, the public. Two legs of the 2026–27 season remain: TTF Bengaluru at Bangalore Palace Grounds on 19–21 February 2027 and TTF Chennai at Chennai Trade Centre on 26–28 February 2027.
Both are hybrid shows, trade-only on day one and the first half of day two, then open to the public. They suit Indian and overseas suppliers that want to reach agents and tour operators in southern India. The season's Kolkata, Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar, Mumbai and Hyderabad legs have already been held.

The organiser has not published opening hours for the February legs. The same Fairfest calendar lists two shows that are not TTF legs: BLTM, held in New Delhi on 2–4 September 2026, and OTM in Mumbai on 1–3 February 2027.
Who exhibits and who attends TTF Bengaluru and Chennai?
The latest figures are in the organiser's 2025–26 post-show report. TTF Chennai 2026, held at Chennai Trade Centre on 20–22 March 2026, had 250+ exhibitors from 12+ Indian states and five countries (the UAE, Sri Lanka, Singapore, China and Bhutan), with 2,500+ trade visitors and 1,500+ general visitors. Nepal Tourism was partner country, and Goa and Kerala were partner states. TTF Bengaluru 2026, at Tripuravasini in the Palace Grounds, had 150+ exhibitors from 15+ states and 6+ countries, including China, Nepal, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Vietnam, with 1,900+ trade visitors and 2,100+ general visitors.
The report describes the Chennai trade audience as travel agents, tour operators, corporate travel planners and MICE professionals, and lists support from associations including TAAI, TAFI, OTOAI, ETAA and ADTOI. The brochure's exhibitor profile runs from state tourism departments, tourist organisations and DMCs to hotels, airlines, cruise lines, railways and technology providers. It pitches Bengaluru on corporate and frequent domestic travel and Chennai on family, pilgrimage and group travel, with outbound leisure at both.
Fairfest's network figures, 4,000+ exhibitors from 100+ countries and 60,000+ trade visitors, describe the whole TTF and BLTM series, not one show; its pages call the visitor total both cumulative and annual.
How to attend TTF: registration, cost and who qualifies
Trade visitors register through Fairfest's online ticketing. When we checked on 25 October 2026, the TTF site's registration button still pointed to the Hyderabad leg, and no Bengaluru or Chennai registration link had been published. The organiser publishes no price for trade or public entry.
Trade badges are reserved for buyers who meet Fairfest's eligibility rules, and the organiser can refuse admission. Its entry terms list categories that cannot register as trade visitors, including tourism boards, DMCs, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, technology vendors, marketing agencies, representation companies and anyone who is both buyer and seller. Those businesses are expected to book a stand, and promotional material may not be handed out away from a rented booth. Prospective exhibitors can ask for a guided walkaround with the sales team.
Stand space at both February legs costs ₹38,000 (US$430) per square metre, rising to ₹42,000 (US$475) for a corner, ₹46,000 (US$520) for a peninsula and ₹50,000 (US$560) for an island, plus 18% GST, with payment due on booking. A standard shell scheme is 9 sq m.
There is no hosted-buyer application page; the Chennai listing mentions 50 hosted buyers at the last edition, so ask Fairfest directly. Media registration also still points to Hyderabad. Students and working professionals can join the volunteer programme, which closes applications 15 days before each show and pays a stipend on completion.
Is it open to the public? Yes, at both remaining legs, for part of the show: the public can enter from midway through day two (20 February in Bengaluru, 27 February in Chennai) and for all of day three. The entry terms call the four earlier legs exclusively B2B, though the brochure describes Kolkata and Hyderabad as hybrid.
Networking at TTF: making the trade hours count
Fairfest has not published an appointment system or conference programme for the February legs. The site's Conference link currently opens the meeting-diary platform for TTF Mumbai 2026, a B2B leg, so check it again nearer the dates.
The practical constraint is the trade window: one full day and half of the next at each show. Book agent meetings into those hours and staff the public sessions separately, when enquiries come from travellers rather than the trade. Bengaluru and Chennai are a week apart, so one trip can cover both. The site's exhibitor list still shows Hyderabad; check it nearer the dates.
Getting there and where to stay
Chennai Trade Centre is in Nandambakkam. The venue says it is about a 30-minute drive from Chennai International Airport and 4–5 km from Guindy railway station, 10–20 minutes by road, and that the nearest bus stop is Nandambakkam Police Station.
For Bengaluru, Fairfest links only a map pin for Bangalore Palace Grounds and publishes no transport guidance. The 2026 edition was held at Tripuravasini within the grounds, and the organiser's resources page had no 2027 floor plan on 25 October 2026, so confirm the hall and gate with Fairfest before you travel. TTF names no official or partner hotels for either city.
How TTF compares with IITM and OTM
IITM, organised by Sphere Travelmedia & Exhibitions, also tours Indian cities. Its 2026–27 legs run from Mumbai on 30–31 October 2026 to Ahmedabad on 12–13 March 2027 and are billed as B2B; its Chennai and Bengaluru dates have not been published. Both series booked HITEX in Hyderabad this season, TTF in Hall 2 in October and IITM in Hall 3 in December. Fairfest's own OTM is a single show at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, on 1–3 February 2027. Every date is on our travel trade shows calendar.

At Bengaluru and Chennai, yes, for part of each show. Day one and the first half of day two are reserved for the travel trade; the public is admitted for the rest of day two and all of day three.
