Seatrade Cruise Global 2027 runs from Monday 5 to Thursday 8 April 2027 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Florida; the first day is conference only, and the expo hall opens at 11:00 on Tuesday 6 April. Informa Markets organises it as part of its Seatrade Cruise portfolio, as a trade show and conference for cruise lines, the companies that supply them, and the ports and destinations that want their ships.
As of 25 October 2026, registration for 2027 has not opened. Informa is taking "register interest" sign-ups, and the event is open to the trade only. The 2027 floor plan and exhibitor list are already on the organiser's site.
Who exhibits at Seatrade Cruise Global and who attends?
The 2026 edition, held from 13 to 16 April in Miami Beach, drew more than 12,500 attendees, over 650 exhibitors, more than 85 cruise brands and over 125 countries represented, according to Informa, which says the show was a record in its 41-year history. Informa also says 81% of attendees have purchasing power, 50% are C-suite executives and 50% attend only this one trade show a year.
Exhibitors cover nine sectors: design and ship interiors, entertainment, environmental and health, expedition cruising, hotel operations and concessions, information technology, ports and destinations, safety and security, and ship equipment and shipbuilding. Cruise lines attend as the buyers; Informa says the expo floor spans destinations, port services, technology, design, entertainment and guest-experience suppliers.
How to attend Seatrade Cruise Global 2027
Is it open to the public? No. Informa's show policies describe a private trade show open to the trade only. Anyone who cannot document a direct professional link to the cruise industry or its associated sectors does not qualify, and under-18s need a parent or guardian and a signed waiver.
Informa has not yet published 2027 prices. In 2026 its passes were:
- Cruise Line Executive: free with a code for employees of recognised cruise lines, including early floor access, the conference and the Matchmaking Programme.
- VIP: $2,099, adding the VIP Lounge, meeting-room bookings, a daily parking voucher and an invitation to CLIA's Business on the Bay.
- Conference Delegate: $1,599, with all conference sessions, the State of the Global Cruise Industry Keynote and daily lunch.
- Expo: $179 for the exhibition, show-floor sessions and the Welcome Reception; The Retail Days cost $349 extra.
- Travel Agent: free with a code or $179, valid on the final day only.
- Press: free on approval, for journalists who cover cruise regularly and can show a bylined article from the past six months.
Students and professors could get a free Tomorrow's Talent Today expo pass with a code, or a conference pass for $350. In 2026 VIP and Conference passes were refundable until 13 March minus a $200 fee, Expo and Travel Agent passes were non-refundable, and badge holders could be changed free of charge.
Informa's site describes no hosted-buyer programme; in 2026 cruise line staff could attend free on the Cruise Line Executive pass. Exhibitors book stands first come, first served until space sells out, prices come from Informa's sales team, and Informa asks stands to reach at least the bronze level of its Better Stands sustainability framework.
Networking: matchmaking, conference stages and side events
Most passes include the Matchmaking Programme, which lets you pre-book meetings with exhibitors and attendees, and the Matchmaking Lounge on site; Expo pass holders can book exhibitors and other Expo attendees only. Exhibitors get AI matchmaking and a concierge, and Informa runs sector networking events and happy hours through the week.
The conference spans the whole industry. Informa calls the State of the Global Cruise Industry Keynote its most popular session. The World Cruise Tourism Summit gives ports and destinations a full day, and a new Ports & Destinations stage debuts in 2027. The Retail Days, co-organised with the Moodie Davitt Report, cover onboard retail; the Professional Women in Cruise brunch is run with WISTA; and the Entertainment Showcase puts performers and agencies in front of the lines' entertainment buyers.
- Registration desks open on Saturday 3 April (12:00 to 17:00), so collect your badge before the conference day.
- The show closes at 15:00 on Thursday 8 April; book return flights to suit.
- Informa sells no attendee lists, and says offers of attendee databases are fraudulent.
Getting to the Miami Beach Convention Center and where to stay
The venue is at 1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, about 10 miles east of Miami International Airport (MIA). The convention center runs no airport shuttle, and the organiser suggests a taxi from the arrivals level. By public transport, take the free MIA Mover from the terminal to Central Station, buy an EASY Card, then ride the 150 express bus towards South Beach for 10 stops to Collins Avenue and 18th Street; walk west along 18th Street to Washington Avenue and the east entrance. Informa's travel page lists discount codes with Air Canada, Southwest, United and Delta, plus Avis, Budget and Hertz car rental.
Informa names no individual hotels. Its official housing provider, onPeak, offers preferential rates at selected hotels close to the venue, for visitors and exhibitors, and Informa warns that other companies offering hotel help are not endorsed.
