ILTM Asia Pacific 2027 runs from Monday 28 June to Thursday 1 July at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, in Singapore, and it is invitation only: there are no tickets, and buyer applicants pay a non-refundable US$100 registration fee. The Asia Pacific edition of RX's International Luxury Travel Market pairs luxury travel advisors based across the region with hotels, destinations, cruise lines and experience providers from around the world in pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings.

As of 1 November 2026, buyer registration for 2027 has not opened; RX says it opens in February 2027.

Who exhibits and who attends ILTM Asia Pacific?

The 2026 edition, held from 29 June to 2 July 2026, brought together over 780 luxury travel buyers from 23 countries and 780 suppliers, who held 40,650 one-to-one meetings, according to RX. Over half of the buyers had not attended in 2025, and RX called it its most successful edition to date.

Buyers are Asia Pacific-based private travel designers, retail agencies, concierge companies and outbound tour operators serving high-net-worth leisure, corporate and entertainment clients, from markets including Australia, China, India, Japan, Singapore and Korea. Exhibitors come from well beyond the region: hotel brands, destinations, boutique properties, private islands, cruise lines and yachts.

By our count on 1 November 2026, the online directory, still the 2026 exhibitor list, had 778 entries; about three in four carry an accommodation tag, and Italy, Japan, France and Spain lead by country of origin.

How to attend ILTM Asia Pacific: buyer formats, fees and deadlines

Buyers start with the enquiry form, and every participant needs RX's written approval. Under the 2027 terms, they must be based in Asia Pacific, sell outbound to markets on at least two continents, give two recent luxury booking references (one a direct property booking), have traded for 12 months, be senior decision-makers and not come to sell. The binding terms accept bookings completed in the past 12 months; the enquiry form says six. Applicants must be over 18 and give card details; advisors outside the region are pointed to ILTM Cannes. RX assigns each buyer's format:

FormatFeeWhat it includes
Buyer (Appointment Only)US$100Opening Forum, pre-scheduled appointments, Opening Cocktail, Late Opening and Closing Party
Buyer (With Accommodation)US$100As above, plus up to four nights' bed and breakfast at a preferred hotel between 28 June and 1 July 2027, first come, first served
Buyer (With Flight Contribution)US$100As above, plus a return flight rebate to Singapore Changi from selected regions
Executive BuyerUS$1,000Forum, events and self-scheduled meetings (at least 15 requests); own travel and hotel

Rebate ceilings depend on the buyer's base, from US$220 (Malaysia) and US$450 (China) to US$1,000 (Australia), US$1,400 (New Zealand) and US$1,500 (eight CIS countries). Flights should be booked through RX's flight portal, must arrive by 28 June and leave no earlier than the evening of 1 July; the rebate is paid within 30 days of the show.

Buyers with appointments must rank at least 70 exhibitors and attend all three appointment days. Cancelling in writing before 4 May 2027 is free; from then, cancelling without an approved replacement costs US$900 plus flight cancellation fees, and an unannounced no-show US$1,000.

Exhibitors complete an enquiry form and get an account manager, who offers a ready-built Pavilion Stand, a larger Shell Scheme or Space Only; RX publishes no stand prices. Media accreditation, for luxury travel editors, journalists and influencers, must be approved in advance and closes on 18 June 2027.

Is it open to the public? No. ILTM is invitation only, for professionals in luxury travel and associated industries. No one under 16 is admitted, business dress and photo ID are expected, and photography needs the organiser's written permission.

Networking at ILTM Asia Pacific: appointments, the Forum and parties

In the Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) system, buyers and exhibitors each pick whom they want to meet, and ILTM builds diaries of 15-minute meetings with five minutes between them. The selection window closes two weeks after it opens, and the organiser advises buyers to select at least 100 companies. Diaries are emailed a week before the show and appear in the ILTM app, with no paper copies on site; self-scheduled requests fill gaps.

As of 1 November 2026 the 2027 programme was unpublished. The 2026 week ran like this:

Thu 2 Jul21:00–01:00Closing Party, MARQUEE nightclub, Marina Bay Sands

Badges are emailed about two weeks ahead and must be printed before you arrive. ILTM provides no food or drink during the day; the organiser says a show-floor café sells bento boxes from about S$25. RX says it does not sell attendee lists; offers of them are likely fraudulent.

Getting to Marina Bay Sands and where to stay

The venue is at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) is about 20 kilometres or 18 minutes away, according to the organiser. Bayfront MRT station connects directly to the convention centre through Exit E, and taxis stop outside The Shoppes on Bayfront Avenue.

On the three appointment days ILTM runs free transfers between its host hotels and the venue; the timetable had not been released as of 1 November 2026. The organiser puts average temperatures at 26°C to 32°C, with afternoon rain as the southwest monsoon begins.

Hosted buyers choose from the organiser's preferred hotels on RX's travel platform. Others should book early through the official travel partner linked from the venue and travel page; RX warns against unsolicited hotel-booking offers.

How does ILTM Asia Pacific compare with ITB Asia and ATF?

ITB Asia, run by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific, held its 2026 edition at the same venue from 21 to 23 October and returns to Singapore from 20 to 22 October 2027; unlike ILTM, it sells trade-visitor passes (SGD 190 early bird in 2026, plus GST). The ASEAN Tourism Forum is in Singapore from 18 to 22 January 2027, and its TRAVEX mart, at the same venue on 20 and 21 January, reverses ILTM's model, bringing international buyers to ASEAN-based suppliers.
