WTM Latin America 2027 runs 13–15 April at Expo Center Norte, São Paulo. Who exhibits, how to register or apply as a hosted buyer, and how to reach the venue.

WTM Latin America 2027 runs from Tuesday 13 to Thursday 15 April 2027 at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo, and only travel-industry professionals aged 18 or over can attend. Organised by RX (Reed Exhibitions), it is the Latin American edition of World Travel Market, and RX calls it "the leading global event for the Latin American travel industry". The show was first held in 2013.
Destinations, hotels, airlines and tour operators from Brazil and abroad exhibit to the agencies and operators that sell travel in Brazil and the wider region. Visitor registration for 2027 had not opened on 25 October 2026; RX's register-interest form promises an alert when it does.
Who exhibits and who attends WTM Latin America?
The last edition ran from 14 to 16 April 2026 at the same venue. RX counts 935 exhibitors from 53 countries, 35,000 travel professionals and 70 conference sessions for that edition. Exhibitors featured on RX's homepage include PromPerú, Visit Portugal and the Egyptian Tourist Authority.
RX's attendee profile lists destinations, hotel chains and resorts, inbound and outbound tour operators, online travel agencies, airlines, destination management companies (DMCs), attractions, travel technology firms and convention bureaux among exhibitors. It puts 47% of exhibitors from Brazil, 25% from the rest of the Americas, 16% from Europe, 8% from Africa and the Middle East and 4% from Asia; RX's FAQ gives a different split, with 61% from Brazil, and neither states a year.
Visitors are mainly tour operators, travel agencies, group-travel organisers, incentive agencies, professional congress organisers and DMCs. RX says 94% come from Latin America and that owners and managers make up 60%.
How to attend WTM Latin America 2027
Trade visitors register online and receive a badge by email plus access to the meeting-scheduling platform. RX recommends printing the badge at home because on-site registration capacity is limited.

Cost: RX has not published a 2027 visitor price. Its FAQ says registrations "are paid and vary according to the current registration batch", while its visitor guide and travel-agent page describe registration as free, so check the price shown when registration opens. Visitors who have not pre-registered can register at the venue on payment, according to the admissions policy.
Hosted buyers: the programme has run since 2013 and is semi-hosted: RX covers three nights' hotel with breakfast, hotel and airport transfers, but not flights. Applicants need direct purchasing and contracting authority, must already buy Latin American product, supply references from Latin American organisations they dealt with in the past year and speak at least intermediate English; ideally they will not have been hosted in the previous two years. Hosted buyers must keep at least 10 pre-scheduled appointments on each show day and attend speed networking, and RX warns that fees may apply for cancellations and no-shows. No 2027 deadline has been published. Separately, RX's Agente na Estrada programme brings hundreds of travel agents from all of Brazil's regions each year.
Is it open to the public? No. RX's admissions policy admits only professional and business visitors and exhibitors connected to the subject of the event, asks for business dress and photo ID, and bars anyone under 18. RX lists no consumer days.
Networking at WTM Latin America: meetings, stages and side events
Meetings are booked through WTMLAT Meet, RX's online platform for pre-scheduling appointments with exhibitors; registered visitors get access when it goes live. Hosted buyers, Buyers' Club members and digital influencers also join speed-networking sessions with exhibitors.
Sessions run on three stages, Trends, Technology and Transformation, and need no separate registration. RX's what's on page also lists an opening ceremony, a travel-technology area, the Responsible Tourism Awards and an Afrotourism Award run by the Guia Negro platform; RX also announced a first Ministers' Summit for Latin American tourism ministers, scheduled for 14 April 2026 at the venue.
For diary planning, RX says the exhibitor list goes up about three months before the show, which points to mid-January 2027, and the session schedule at least two days before opening. Exhibitors scan badges with RX's Lead Manager App, and a scan shares the visitor's contact details. The website runs in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Getting to Expo Center Norte and where to stay
Expo Center Norte is at Rua José Bernardo Pinto, 333, in Vila Guilherme in the north of São Paulo. RX gives the distance as 20 km from Guarulhos International Airport (GRU), about 30 minutes, and 16 km from Congonhas National Airport.
By public transport, Guarulhos airport lists Airport Bus Service line 472EX1 from the Terminal 2 bus terminal to Tietê bus station. During the show RX runs a free shuttle bus from Tietê metro station to the venue, from an hour before opening until an hour after closing. Otherwise, the venue says city buses 2012-10 and 2033-10 run from Avenida Cruzeiro do Sul, 1701, near Portuguesa-Tietê metro station, to a stop in front of Expo Center Norte. RX quotes on-site parking at R$85 per car.
RX has not named an official hotel for 2027; its book-accommodation page showed no offers when we checked on 25 October 2026. The venue sits inside the Cidade Center Norte complex, which RX says combines a shopping centre with a hotel. Brazil applies visa reciprocity, and RX's venue page links to the government's list of nationalities that need a visa.
How WTM Latin America fits with other WTM shows
RX's WTM Africa runs at the CTICC in Cape Town from 7 to 9 April 2027, ending four days before WTM Latin America opens, so suppliers covering both markets can combine them on one trip.
